🌿 Why the Connection Lounge Exists
Many of us move through life feeling like we need to hold everything together on our own.
The Connection Lounge exists to remind you that:
You are not alone.
Sometimes the most powerful part of growth is simply being witnessed, hearing others’ experiences, and realizing that many of us are navigating similar patterns of protection, healing, and expansion.

The Connection Lounge is for anyone who:
• values gentle reflection
• is exploring personal growth
• wants a safe space to share or listen
• appreciates meaningful conversations
You do not need to have attended a workshop to join.
Everyone is welcome.
🌿 A Note From Tez
I created the Connection Lounge because often when we are going through a transition in our life, we can feel so alone. I wanted to help combat this feeling and bring those who are like minded together, in a safe and healing way.
This lounge is simply an invitation to pause, connect, and share a moment of presence together.

The Connection Lounge is a relaxed, welcoming space where we come together to slow down, share reflections, and connect with others who are also on a journey of self-awareness and soft transformation.
There is no pressure to perform, fix anything, or have everything figured out.
Just space to be.

Each lounge is a lightly guided gathering where you can:
• share reflections from your practice
• speak openly in a supportive space
• listen and connect with others
• take a moment to slow down and reset
You are always welcome to simply listen if that feels more comfortable.
This is not a workshop or teaching session.
It is a community space rooted in presence and connection.
